How do I track my order?
 

We ship via USPS delivery service for both domestic and international orders. The post office delivers packages Monday through Saturday from 9 AM to 8 PM to residential addresses.

 

All orders within the United States will be shipped within 48 hours, 72 hours on weekends. Please allow an estimate of 3-5 business days to receive all domestic orders and 10 to 15 business days for delivery worldwide. Also, please note tracking is limited once a package hits a destination post. *German orders please expect delays.

 

Once your order has been dispatched, we will e-mail you a shipping confirmation with the tracking number.

Delivery schedules are an estimate. Actual delivery times may vary depending on international customs / shipping locations. When estimating package delivery time, please allow time for credit approval, address verification and order processing.

 

**During the holiday’s please keep in mind that postal delivery services are busier than usual.

We recommend for all orders to be placed as soon as possible to avoid any potential shipping delays.**

 

 

What if my package is lost?
 

We ship via USPS which provides secure and easy-to-track methods of shipping, if your package gets lost in transit we will do everything we possibly can to help.

We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is produced.

Once the carriers have hold of the package we cannot be responsible for delivered items that have been lost or stolen.

 

 

 

What is your return policy?
 

No returns or exchanges. All purchases are final.
